One Step at a Time Develop a clear, realistic goal. List steps for reaching the goal. –Describe when you will act on the steps. –List any materials you will need. –Name people who can help. Monitor your progress and make changes if you need to. Evaluate whether or not the goal was met.

MY GOAL IS: MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 5 POUNDS.

I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE 5 POUNDS BY February 21, 2015.

1) I WILL DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY. 2) I WILL EAT HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND SNACKS, USING THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINT SYSTEM TO HELP GUIDE ME. 3) I WILL EXERCISE FOR 20 – 30 MINUTES TWICE A WEEK.

I WILL MONITOR MY PROGRESS USING THE SCALE AND HOW MY CLOTHES ARE FITTING.

1) MY HUSBAND IS ALSO GOING TO SET A GOAL TO LOSE WEIGHT. 2) I DO NOT LIKE THE FEELING OF MY CLOTHES BEING TIGHT AND DO NOT WANT TO GO PURCHASE BIGGER SIZES.
