Interest Survey Demographics 75 percent of respondents are enrolled in the Aetna medical plan. 55 percent completed the SSHL-Health Assessment last year (2013). Total Interest Survey Respondents=270

Team members felt that social and mental/emotional wellbeing-oriented policies would support team member wellbeing. Social wellbeing oriented (e.g., facilitate and spotlight team members participating as a MediFit team in regional charitable or volunteer events like Habitat for Humanity, Coats for a Cause, etc.) 26% Mental/Emotional wellbeing oriented (e.g., 5 min. video meditation break every day; starting meetings with a 3 min. facilitated progressive muscle relaxation exercise, etc. 23% None; existing policies provide enough support 21% N=268 Team Member Wellbeing
