National Honor Society Induction Ceremony This is a formal and serious school event. French Exchange students are welcome to come and observe but MAY NOT disrupt the event in any way. 7:00 a.m.7:30 p.m. Yes The event begins at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium. What should we expect? Initial awkwardness Initial reserve (the French are generally more reserved than Americans) Pointing Fun experiences

What does the host student need? Bus – may take the same bus as your child Own bed (may share a room with someone of the same sex) Towels (may bring own) Laundry towards the end of the trip Lunches/snacks Welcoming, kind family Open mind Clear guidelines for bathroom use, eating, talking on the phone and internet access
