What is a Tsunami? Japanese for harbor wave. It is a, large wave that uses the whole water column to transfer its energy. In English, a really big wave!

How do we save or predict tsunamis? If it is a wave we can measure the changes in waves in the ocean with buoys. If they move vertical more then normal there is a warning. If there is an earthquake nearby then their might be a tsunami wave.
