For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38 Please take this moment to examine where in your life have you separated from this victorious love of God. Pray that God’s love will continue to be the stronghold in your life.

In Christ Alone In Christ alone my hope is found; He is my light, my strength, my song; This cornerstone, this solid ground; Firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace; When fears are stilled, when strivings cease! My comforter, my all in all - Here in the love of Christ I stand. In Christ alone, Who took on flesh; Fullness of God in helpless babe! This gift of love and righteousness; Scorned by the ones He came to save. Till on that cross as Jesus died; The wrath of God was satisfied; For ev'ry sin on Him was laid - Here in the death of Christ I live. There in the ground His body lay; Light of the world by darkness slain; Then bursting forth in glorious day; Up from the grave He rose again! And as He stands in victory; Sin's curse has lost its grip on me; For I am His and He is mine - Bought with the precious blood of Christ. No guilt in life, no fear in death - This is the pow'r of Christ in me; From life's first cry to final breath; Jesus commands my destiny. No pow'r of hell, no scheme of man; Can ever pluck me from His hand; Till He returns or calls me home - Here in the pow'r of Christ I'll stand.

But now, this is what the LORD says— he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. -Isaiah 43:1 Please take this moment to thank God that even before your birth, he has redeemed and called you by name. You are his.

Galatians 2:1-10 Unity of the Gospel Galatians 2:1-10 Bumble@TNSA.NET

Galatians 2:1-10 1 Fourteen years later I went up again to Jerusalem, this time with Barnabas. I took Titus along also. 2 I went in response to a revelation and set before them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles. But I did this privately to those who seemed to be leaders, for fear that I was running or had run my race in vain. 3 Yet not even Titus, who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek. 4 This matter arose because some false brothers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves. 5 We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might remain with you. 6 As for those who seemed to be important- whatever they were makes no difference to me; God does not judge by external appearance-those men added nothing to my message.
13
Galatians 2:1-10 7 On the contrary, they saw that I had been entrusted with the task of preaching the gospel to the Gentiles, just as Peter had been to the Jews. 8 For God, who was at work in the ministry of Peter as an apostle to the Jews, was also at work in my ministry as an apostle to the Gentiles. 9 James, Peter and John, those reputed to be pillars, gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship when they recognized the grace given to me. They agreed that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the Jews. 10 All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do.
14
Background Recap Paul started the churches in Galatia on his mission trip, trained them, then moved on. “Some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers: “Unless you are circumcised, according to the custom taught by Moses, you cannot be saved.” – Acts 15:1 Issue under contention: –Judaizer: “Paul didn’t give you the complete Gospel as what we got from Jesus’ Leaders.” –Paul: “What I taught you is the complete Gospel! What you got from them is a perversion of the Gospel!”

Paul’s “Proof of the True Gospel” -Pt.1 1.It’s directly from God “the gospel I preached is not something that man made up. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.” (1:11-12)

I saw none of the other apostles [except] James…” (1:18-19)

The Essentials of Salvation “Some men came down from Judea and were teaching the brothers: “Unless you are circumcised, according to the custom taught by Moses, you cannot be saved.” – Acts 15:1 “The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.” – Galatians 5:19-21 Moral Principles Ritual Practices

Apostle’s Creed I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; He descended to hell. On the third day He rose again; He ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy universal church, the communion of the saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. AMEN.
