ISS delivers seamless services and programs for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and patrons with a focus on competitiveness, outstanding customer service, sustainability efforts and the creation of unique experiences, while supporting the University's core mission.

Zone Parking System The UNM campus is divided into parking zones. Permits allow parking in the zone stated on the permit. Permits are only valid when properly displayed on your vehicle.

How to Buy A Permit In-PersonOnline PATS Office @ 2401 Redondo Dr. NE pats.unm.edu & click on ‘Permits’ Students will need their UNM ID and vehicle(s)* registration info Pay with Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, or Bill to Bursar’s A temporary permit will be issued until an actual permit is mailed *Note: Although you can register multiple vehicles on a permit, you cannot use them simultaneously.

CYCLING Plenty of free-to-use bike racks on campus Bicycle locker program available, $48/year (pro-rated) Completely free bus pass travel on any regular ABQ Ride/Rapid Ride bus Available to all eligible (registered for 3 credit hours) students.

277-1938 pats.unm.edu Transportation Services PATS shuttles are completely free to ride. ADA Accessible (equipped with lifts) Shuttle ride time is typically 12 minutes or less. Hours of operation (most routes): Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 10pm Friday 6:30am – 7pm

Enforcement Officers ensure and maintain a high-quality, well-managed parking service to customers. Please Note: There is enforcement during academic breaks and throughout the Summer. UNMPD may also take action for serious parking regulation breeches. Hours of enforcement: Monday – Thursday 7am – 8pm Friday 7am – 6pm Saturday 8am – 5pm See pats.unm.edu for Saturday Enforcement information.

277-1938 pats.unm.edu Appeal/Pay Citations Please follow the instructions on the ticket envelope promptly. Citation appeals are initiated online only, though if in doubt, please call us. Go to PATS.UNM.EDU then click on ‘Appeal or Pay a Citation’. Appeal or pay within five (5) business days. PATS cannot release account information to parents without written consent from students 18 years and older.

277-1938 pats.unm.edu Transportation Information Center Located in the SUB Plaza level, outside the Lobo Card office. Work one-on-one with us to find the right transportation solution. Open: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 3pm Please Note: Eligible students can get their free ABQ RIDE bus pass here and we can verify their UNM Directory information but they must have their Lobo/UNMH card with them.
