Introduction Healthcare is a public service with a high degree of heterogeneity and the inability to re-supply as same quality and expertise, because the terrain is always different (patient environment effects). Virtually, all the activities are related to its efficient organization and implementation quality creative activities are dependent on professional information - ie expert interpretations of talent and skill of the physician. His scientific work is manifested today in partnership with another manufacturer of information – the computer technology - to generate information products. Thus, through interaction between physician`s information and separately - with information technology products, would be possible selection of the best and most precise decisions and control of medical processes. The medical expertise and complex effects on the patient are a unique type of scientific creativity, supported by today's information industry. For the workers in the health sector there is a clear goal: Good interpretation technique for increasing the participation of maximum number of indicators, creating a patient`s model of disease and their interpretation according to experts personal cognitive knowledge bases in partnership with technology. 33rd edition of the Balcanic Medical Union’s Week and the Military Emergency Hospital Days, co-organized by the Romanian Department of the Balcanic Medical Union, Bucharest Military Emergency Hospital, 8-11 october 2014, http://www.zilelemedicale.ro/umbalk/

Medical information has, the enlisted below, generation cycle: Registration of physical indicators in state of health and in state of sickness and thus obtaining: 1. Data (and facts) - as an information predecessor. 2. Author’s information – scientific creativity - generated in two ways: a) classical – from expert - scientific work b) technological – from PC - information product 3. Other information - acquired by another author - regardless of the type of ownership and use. 4. From the two types of information is generated post-informative product – scientific formation - evidence, knowledge, management, culture, politics. 5. Formation of information conglomerates – scientific invention - from all these stages and participants in unique combinations and in system development.
