Motic VM Scanning Methodology 1. High Precision Auto –Focus every Image, high quality 2. Standard : Build Scanning model, good quality with faster scanning speeds 3. ROI ( Region of Interest ) : Scan whole slide with low magnification(2x or 4x) first, then scan ROI with higher magnification. Small Digital slide Size(<10M), useful and convenient for pathology or educational applications (Motic only feature) 4.Multilayer Focus: Multilayer focus and amalgamation each tiled image. Very high quality,especially for thick glass slide (but may be too slow for most applications)
