2. What do you need?  A webcam  Logitech Webcam Software  A microphone  Tip: Please prepare a script beforehand prior to recording.

3. Software Installation Instructions  Go to www.logitech.comwww.logitech.com  Hover mouse on Support  Click on Product Support  Click on Webcams  To the right, click on download software  Select Operating system (Windows XP, Vista, etc.)  Scroll down and click download software  Run the file  Install it by following the prompts

4. Open Logitech software  Please open the webcam software.

5. Quick Capture  Please click on Quick Capture. Updated menu

6. Video Effects  Click on video effects.

7. Select the “Avatars” Category From drop- down list

8. Select an Avatar

9. Turn Video Effects On Please click here

10. Begin Calibration Process  This will automatically appear as you have turned the video effects on. However, if it doesn’t, you can also press Ctrl + C.

13. Red square  The red square indicates that you should see yourself behind the selected avatar.

14. Ready to Record  Now you are ready to record. Simply press the Record Video button and be ready to fully integrate fun webcam projects in your curriculum.

18. Video Masks  Face is inside mask. Therefore, eyes and mouth can move while recording. The option to take a snapshot is also available if you do not want to record.

20. Download  Please click the download button below one of your choice.

21. Open  Please click open

22. Video Effect Installed Please click on video effects. Notice how the dollar bill video effect is now installed.
