Nashville Heights 1820 low/medium density units 2500 units total 8300 people/jobs (meets new provincial guidelines for greenfield development) 427 will terminate in s/w corner Proposed Go station in s/e corner Major Mack destined to be higher order transit corridor KARA lobbied for larger lots (60’+) in north as well as buffers, green space, park space, trail system, and linkage to Kleinburg Estates /Molise/Lake Rivers

Kleinburg North W side of 27, N of Hedgerow, across from Copper Creek 114 units – 60 ft. lots minimum Low impact design (excellent water management) Energy star rated or better Buffer & Berm along 27 KARA concerns linear park (esp. along Hedgerow, not desirable) Southern most property not participating at this time Prefer to see passive buffer along Hedgerow with an active park more central in the new development
