Want to know your purpose? Find your sweet spot  A location or combination of characteristics that produces optimal effective results..

Your sweet spot is… Relationships + mission come together and we begin to live out our lives:  Our relationships are growing and vibrant  The things we do in life bring great joy and meaning to us.

When you find your sweet spot, God’s call becomes clearer and more certain.

1. Revelation. God’s voice is made plain and clear. God calls you to do something.

2. Commission God says, “I want you to go and do this.”

3.Resistance This is natural and necessary. You feel inadequate, that God doesn’t really mean to call you. But God’s call challenges you to the very core and moves you in directions you never thought you’d go.

4. Partnership. God sends people to partner with you. Your call becomes part of the community’s call.

5. Service You move into action, bring God’s call to life.

Revelation + Commission + Resistance + Partnership + Service = Living out your call and purpose

How is it, God, that I can begin to experience the sweet spot in life? “The place God calls you to is the place where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.” ---Frederick Buechner Mission is the world’s deep hunger. Fellowship [close relationship with God and others] is our deep gladness. Where our greatest joy and the world’s greatest need come together is where we’ll find our calling.
