2 Limitations You are 1 person You CAN’T do everything at each campus as a Multi-Campus Librarian You CAN do a few things at each campus well and make the most of your situation You are not alonealone

3 Goal Setting/Achievement Try to keep your goals manageable – Remember there is only one of you and you have multiple full-time jobs so you can’t do it all Try to create goals you can work on in steps – Float to Campus A and work, then to Campus B Try to work with your aides (if you have them) – My aides are the only reason I can achieve most goals

4 Tips and Tricks for Multiple Libraries Go Paperless (as much as possible) – Use digital budget files – Force vendors to email you – Force teachers to email you (if necessary) – Keep digital copies of things you like Google Docs Use to manage lists you need shared access toshared access – Google Calendar Use to set up library schedules for teachers to book timeslibrary schedules
