Focus Ski Camp 2014 is about developing independence, trying new experiences, being away from home, sharing space with others, getting over the pain barrier and having fun. Learning to develop their own inner strength.

Polar fleece/hoodie (2) Long-sleeved T-Shirts (4) Waterproof jacket To hire: $11 Gloves, Hat, Scarves Waterproof pants To hire: $11 Track pants (at least 3) (Jeans are not suitable for on the mountain) Thermal underwear Top & Pants T-Shirts (optional) (2) Woollen Jersey or Polar Fleece Underwear (5) Warm hat (Woollen or Polar fleece) Socks (5 pair) Warm winter socks Sunglasses (0r Goggles) Essential on the mountain PJs & slippers or inside shoes Gloves – waterproof Sneakers/Hiking /Walking shoes Must have grip, smooth sole or skate shoes are not good for walking on snow Sunscreen/Lip Protection Toilet bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, face cloth, soap, deodorant) Small backpack (if possible) Towels (3) Cooking/Food Gear Sleeping bag & blanket (if sleeping bag is not warm enough) Food (lunch for first day) in a lunch box – essential Pillow Drink Bottle – essential Any Medication (named and handed into teacher on Monday of camp) Tea Towels x 3 Plastic bags for dirty washing Cup or mug Swimming gear (Togs & towel) Pegs (5 – 6) coat hanger (2) Torch Optional Board Games Cards
