To avoid a Reminder Card and loss of my recess, I will remember to be safe, responsible, and respectful at Lagos, on the bus, or walking to and from school.

You will put this next to your student number on the wall chart. Loss of the next class recess. If you end up with three reminder cards during the same week you will miss Wacky Wednesday, complete a writing assignment about behavior, and I will send home a note for parent signature.
