5 WHAT IS FAIR USE? Fair Use permits certain limited uses without permission from the author or owner. 6 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? If you are not using the work for your own gain and it is for an educational purpose, you may use up to 10% of the work from each website without written permission. However, if you use more than 10%, then you need written permission.

15 Just because you get something off the internet, it does not mean that you can freely use it without Permission. The copyright owner controls all of the rights.
