8 8 Report of Excess (ROE) – Personal Property  APO or Allocation Specialist can assist the agency on how-to report excess/surplus personal property in GSAxcess ®.  Timing of ROE coordinated with real property disposal schedule  Agency reports on GSAxcess ® at earliest date  GSA Schedules for inventory management
