Why Should I take World History as a 9 th grader? History requirements can be met by 11 th grade- leaving more room for electives: Criminal Justice Current World Affairs PsychologySociology AP European History AP Psychology Benefits students interested in EVIT

AP vs. Regular World History AP is a college level course in high school. AP uses a college-level textbook and requires advanced reading and writing skills. AP world history is a 50% writing course. AP allows opportunity to take exam for college credit.
