Least severe Overstretching a muscle Common site = back S&S ◦ Sudden pain ◦ Possible bruising Tx ◦ Rest (most important) Mild – 3 to 5 days Severe – 2 weeks ◦ Cold (within 24h) ◦ Heat (qd)
