What we set out to accomplish Raise public and media awareness of the challenges facing Wisconsin. Engage the people of Wisconsin in a productive discussion about the challenges that would: – Improve the focus and quality of the conversation about the challenges and opportunities; – Lead to specific strategic and tactical recommendations on how to address the challenges and opportunities. Produce a Blueprint for Change that Wisconsin’s business, academic, community leaders and elected officials would view as a reasonable and persuasive starting point for moving Wisconsin forward.
