PROGRAM GUIDELINES Impact Loan Program Forgivable loans up to $2M to targeted industry sectors: Advanced Manufacturing, Food and Beverage Processing, Printing, Aerospace, Research & Development Job Retention Projects: Economic impact analysis score of at least 2 Job Creation Projects: Economic impact analysis of at least 1.75 Business Opportunity Loan Fund “Direct loans are not forgivable unless warranted under extraordinary circumstances. Extraordinary circumstances include significant job layoffs in the area in the last 12 months, natural disasters, significant impacts in terms of jobs, or a large multiplier effect according to the EMSI report.”
