Sell via Show and Deliver Method –D2D with (limited) Product Immediately Available Stop S&S Sale and adjust Unit’s D2D Order by rolling excess S&S Product into Unit’s D2D Order. –Like PPC has done for the last 17 years 32

34 2012 One Sale – High 3 - Commission Structure 33 Commissions – Continue to use the One Sale concept for 2012 Units will have the totals of their D2D, S&S and OnLine Sales combined for commission calculations. The key difference is: Council will use the High 3 (highest combined sales for the past three years (2009-2011) as the baseline for the 2012 commissions). One Sale – High 3 achieves three significant goals: First, it will even out the roller coaster affect that some units undergo year to year (high sales and low sales) to allow them to manage their sales better. Secondly, as the “last payee” – High Three helps balance out the Council end of year budget execution. Finally, Council will now include the Unit’s On Line Sales (01 August through 18 Oct 2012) into the One Sale totals to enhance the commissions to the units.
