Approach for Road Surfacing and other Mitigation Measures for Dust Suppression. Three projects have been submitted to LEnS for: 1) community based and executed projects for road safety and dust suppression in three provinces (Khammouan, Borikhamsay and Savannakhet), 2) capacity development in provinces on Resettlement and Compensation, and 3) capacity development in provinces on application of ESSF.
