4. 4 Required Cs of A for Establishing an Anaerobic Digestion Facility (AD) Approval under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) –AD uses only agricultural waste → exempt –Regulated mixed AD → exempt –AD that is not in the above two categories → requires C of A Approval under the: –Environmental Assessment Act (EAA) –Ontario Water Resources Act (OWRA); and, –Section 9 of the EPA (air approval)
