2. ITS Technology Training2 Your username and password are BOTH last four numbers of your employee number. You may be prompted to change it. You can keep it the number if you wish.

3. ITS Technology Training3 Select the class you wish to open. Click Open

4. ITS Technology Training4 To enter grades. Click on Define Click on Grades

5. ITS Technology Training5 Click Add

6. ITS Technology Training6 Give the grade a name (Test one, Quiz 2, etc)

7. ITS Technology Training7 If you have more grades to add, click Add again If you are finished adding grades, click OK Set the value of the assignment

8. ITS Technology Training8 Click OK again

9. ITS Technology Training9 The assignments should show at the top of the columns.

10. ITS Technology Training10 Updating your Roster If there are new students in your class or students have been removed. Click Pinnacle Select Update Roster If changes have been made to the AS/400, they should be reflected in the update

11. ITS Technology Training11 When you are finished with the grade book, Click the Close icon

12. ITS Technology Training12 Click Yes

13. ITS Technology Training13 As the program saves, it sends the grade information to the main server.

14. ITS Technology Training14 To open another class Click the Open icon

15. ITS Technology Training15 Click on the next class and then click Open. Pinnacle Problems: send an e-mail to Pinnacle and describe the problem you are having.
