Overview Connector is a subscription-based, hosted service –Price is $20 per month per QuickBooks database Most companies only maintain one database –One-time setup fee of $75 Includes a 30 to 45 minute installation and training session

Key Concept – QuickBooks Payroll Item Payroll item is an object that QB uses for payroll calculations and reporting, such as: Hourly wages Overtime wages Sick time Vacation time Payroll Item

Xora/Quickbooks Flow 1.Raw Job and Shift times are captured in Xora 2.Data is reviewed in Method connector and corrected if required 3.Shift or job times are assigned to Employees in QuickBooks (depending on how employees are paid) –Overtime calculation is automatic based on how the employee is paid. –Wage and overtime rates are available in QuickBooks 4.Job times are assigned a service Item in QuickBooks –This can be used to create an invoice 5.If customer uses Intuit Payroll already, Xora data capture to payroll is streamlined at a very low cost.

What is NOT available out-of-the-box?
