Programs Involved Transitional Kindergarten  Chesak Structured Educational Settings (K-8)  Leggee, Conley, MMS Strategy Education (K-8)  Chesak, Martin, HMS Special Needs and Autism Program (SNAP) (6-8)  Leggee Life Skills programs (K-8)  Chesak, Martin, HMS Total of 17 classrooms across the district

5. Considerations Assess number of students in self-contained programs Access to students’ home school Space availability in buildings Access to related service personnel (SW, OT, PT, etc.) Impact on travel times for students Ease of transition within/between campuses
