Look for some projects that can be completed and others that continue to build. 6. Be project-driven and delegate tasks.

Make sure group leader can be found when questions about group activities arise. 9. Identify timelines, delegate responsibilities and stay accountable. Build-in back up/reminder systems. 10.Plan for succession and smooth transition for next iteration/cycle. Remember to acknowledge all who helped.
