ENoLL Secretariat 2/5 Office support – Serve as the official single contact point for ENoLL members providing name, phone number and email address for questions from ENoLL members – Serve as the official single contact point for queries collected from the official ENoLL website and forward questions to the correct party when applicable – Make available an easy-to-reach and fast responding contact person for ENoLL queries – Implement changes to the official membership list and answer queries concerning that ENoLL Offering8

ENoLL Secretariat 3/5 Office support – Be the interface between the members and the ENoLL Council, through the Treasurer, Chair and other Council members – Maintain the list of nominations for annual ENoLL executives – Preparation for the official ENoLL meetings (Assembly and Council), including agendas, invitations, minutes of the meetings and financial status reports – Organising elections of ENoLL bodies and executives – Other official, specifically requested tasks issued by the Council related to Secretarial services ENoLL Offering9

ENoLL Secretariat 4/5 Event support – Hosting ENoLL official meetings (Assembly, Council) in Brussels, Belgium – Providing support for meetings, workshops and exhibitions at other venues (e.g. venue preparation, production of badges and proceedings etc.) – Organising the collection of participation fees for workshops and conferences when needed – Organising on-site registration desk for workshops and conferences – Facilitating different brainstorming sessions, e.g. Research Café or Knowledge safari formats ENoLL Offering10

ENoLL Secretariat 5/5 Maintenance of information repositories – Maintaining up-to-date information on ENoLL members, their projects, project results, and events at the agreed forum/fora (e.g. ENoLL website, AMI Communities, Wiki etc.) – The Secretariat will not be responsible for the platform, but for distributing and maintaining the information provided to the Secretariat. Newsletters – E.g. a quarter-annual electronic newsletter will be compiled and edited for ENoLL members’ attention ENoLL Offering11
