Financial Update Over the past 5 years we have grown our cash and investment balance from $5,635 to $14,000. The GSLRA maintain this as a Reserve for major issues, such as Kendari (2010) and Highway 11 re-alignment (2012). In 2009 and 2010, we collected a Special Levy of $9,500 offset by Consultant Fee of $9,162 and increased director and administrative costs for Kendari development issue, which was largely a wash. Memberships increased significantly in 2009/2010 (130) and again in 2012 (101) when we had the special issues. In 2013 membership revenue fell to $1,920 The only major expenditure that we have on an on-going basis is the MLA water testing, which will be approximately $800 annually. Motion to Accept the Financial Update

Appendix: Gull Lake Water Quality Summary & Recommendations: The spring turnover and yearly phosphorus means are generally consistent with the DMM threshold of 8.1 ug/L. E. Coli counts remain low at all nearshore sampling locations in 2013, except for GUL-4, an are associated with high recreational use. Beacon recommends attention be paid to this location in 2014 and that all sampling be continued to monitor long-term trends.

Appendix: Silver Lake Water Quality Summary & Recommendations: Each spring turnover and yearly phosphorus mean continue to be below DMM threshold for Silver Lake (13.3 ug/L). Similarly, all but one of the geometric E. coli yearly mean values for both SVR-1 and SVR-2 remain below the MLA upper limit. Beacon recommends sampling continue to monitor long-term trends.
