Beginning State Conference Call with Team-45 min Reviewed 2007 strategic plan Brainstormed ideas around each of the tactics and execution of the 5 tactics Today Reframed key performance measures to start with Measuring Metrics Collaborated with the Branding Team to ensure consistency in message and reduce duplication of effort

Strategy: Educate Our Members On Our Story 1. Create & Tell PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE Story 2. Update Website Weekly to Usefullness 3. Create 1/4ly Message from President 4. Develop FAQs and Provide Resources 5. Summarize content of Monthly meetings to provide value to Members

Key Components of Our Plan 4. Relationships with HR Professors -Get our story out to HR professors at UR, VCU, VU, other -Provide speakers/expertise on HR subjects -Use existing chapter members with connections to Universities -Coordinate with Student Chapter Liason

Infrastructure, Processes & Procedures to Ensure Success Our Story Team will contact the people/committees and ask for their help in 2008 Get approval from Board to include responsibilities in the job description on Committee chairs/committees Recommend budget approval to Board to cover 2009 and 2021 budget Explore in-kind sponsorships in lieu of budget $$
