3 03.09.2015 3 Mounting Direction - best mounting direction: vertical channels, - worst mounting direction: horizontal channels with the channels on top of each other (the upper channel can collect the air bubbles e.g. with our end piece, where the outlet is below the highest channel, this mounting direction need higher volume and longer time to remove air bubbles) - liquid flow upwards (no loop in the circuit, inlet: bottom of the cabin, outlet top side of the cabin, no up and down construction) - the air bleed valve has to be above the SKiiP - high volume (l/min) removes bubbles - similar pressure drop in parallel cooling circuits (same number and length of heatsinks, tubes, distribution parts) - initial start up after filling the cooling liquid: running the cooling system with highest flow rate for several minutes... half an hour before the electrical circuit starts to operate.
