10 Cabinet’s Resolution  17 November 2009 : Agreed in principle of rail transport system development and the management of State Railway of Thailand. Emphasis on the train operation should be convenient, fast and safe.  12 April 2011: Agreed on the plan for rail transport system development 2011-2020, which has the improvement of the train operation and transport with safety and efficiency. More measures safety  3 May 2011: Agreed on the investment plan of State Railway of Thailand (176,000 MB)

19  Province level : assign subcommittee on the Application and Problem Solving of Railway-Road Level Crossing in provincial level (President: provincial governor).  MOT signed MOU with MOI. the level of municipality. to discuss about level crossing without signs (Illegal) and get public participation.  OTP cooperates with SRT DOH and DOR to revise and adjust TM: Traffic Movement. Moreover, set up public participation in order to gather opinion about level crossing problems and seek for recommendations Parliament by Representative, Committee on Transport
