Earth Vs Venus B y : J e f f r e y, A n t h o n y, & B e n
2
Temperature EEarth’s temperature ranges from about negative 127° to 136°F, also the planet ranges from about negative 88° to 58° Celsius VVenus on the other hand is the hottest planet in the galaxy. this planet can get up to a temp of 480°C.
3
Rotation Time The earth takes 365.26 days to rotate around the sun. On the other hand Venus takes about 243 earth days to go around the sun.
4
Air pressure The air pressure on Venus is very high and has about 1000 millibars. On earth it has about 1,013 millibars, that’s 14.7 pounds per square inch.
5
Distance From The Sun The Earth distance from the sun is about 93 million miles away from the sun. But Venus is about 108,208,930 Kilometers from the sun
6
Description of Planet The planet Venus is a gasses planet in which human beings can not live on, also Venus is very hot. Earth’s has some lands that are rocky but 73% of earth is made up of water.
7
Atmosphere of Earth The Atmosphere of the Earth is made up of 78% Nitrogen, 21% of oxygen,.9% of argon,.3% of CO 2 And other gasses that Scientist have not yet found out.
8
Atmosphere This car doesn’t have enough speed to pass through the earth’s atmosphere This space ship has enough speed to go through the earths atmosphere
9
Gravity To escape the Earth’s atmosphere you have to be moving at a speed of 24,840 mph, also the mass of Earth is about 5.98 x 10 24. Venus is about 8.87 m/s 2.
10
Jeffrey, Anthony, & Ben have Classified information about earth that we shall not share. We definitely won’t tell you that the Earth is estimated to weigh 6,585,600,000,000,000,000,000 tons. And most certainly can’t tell you that The most destructive earthquake occurred in September, 1923 in Japan. 143,000 people lost their lives and the cost of the damage was estimated at 1 billion dollars. Classified Interesting Facts

On the other hand we will tell you that Earth and Venus have very similar size and mass, and they orbit close to the Sun in very similar orbits. The size of Venus is only 650 km less than the size of Earth. Also Venus rotates backwards compared to all the other planets in the solar system. If you could fly up above the Solar System and then look down at the planets, all of them are turning in a counter-clockwise direction. Except Venus. It's rotating in a clockwise direction.
