1. All Year Groups Rotary Club Fundraiser Join us in an evening of Music and Magic in Pollokshields as we raise money for The Unique Home for Girls. This is a home for unwanted, new-born and young, abandoned girls in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. This little piece of Heaven nestling in the north of the world’s largest democracy provides hope to some of the most vulnerable members in our society i.e. the abandoned female child. The project is in the process of building new premises which will provide better facilities/amenities for the staff and girls. But all this will take investment from many kind- hearted individuals and organisations who contribute to this most worthwhile project. The Home receives no Government assistance and relies entirely on Donations.
