9. Chapter Rebates All chapters with all required documentation have had their rebates processed. Checks were mailed Dec 23, 2009 Chapter presidents and treasurers received an e mail and a copy of the June 30, 2009 chapter roster with the rebate calculation. –This is the same roster that chapter presidents were e mailed back in July 2009. 21. Certification Exams Offered at the 2010 Aerospace and Defense Contract Management Conference NCMA Certification Exams will be offered on Friday, March 26, 2010, at The Westin San Diego. You must have your application in and approved by Friday, March 5. Applications must be marked “ ADC10. ” Onsite applications will NOT be accepted. Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) and Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) Exam Prep Classes will be offered on Wednesday, March 24, at The Westin. NCMA will offer the certification exams at your chapter! –YOUR chapter hosts, picks the test location and provides a proctor At least 90 days prior to the proposed exam date, Chapters send in a REQUEST to host the exam and includes the date, location, proctor –NO WALK INS! Only pre approved candidates may sit. 23. Audio Seminars are Back! NCMA’s webinars are live, 90-minute online events combining real- time presentation with phone conferencing. Speakers use prepared presentation slides that are available for viewing and download by the participants during the live session. The typical format of the program is for the speaker(s) to make a 60-minute presentation, followed by 30-minute Q&A period (both live over the phone and responding to questions sent via chat room).
