Case Study Fun Facts Challenge: An agency approached us with a request for 1.8 million paper cups, and paper sleeves for a national “taste test” at retail locations. The challenge was to insure time lines were met while meeting all the QA safety testing required by Nestlé. One of these requirements is to “test” the final product that will be used in the field. Time did not allow for this process. Solution: We tested the exact product with exact inks being used in the final product. After passing with the above, we went into production, and then tested the final product. CSE took responsibility if the final product did not pass testing. Result: On time delivery, product met all QA/testing requirements 5
