Market Problem Without yet getting into your product or service, describe the nature of the issue you address and its relation to the ICT market. Emphasize the pain level and the inability of existing solutions to satisfy the need. What is your market opportunity & what is its size? Have you conducted any market research? Elaborate (research methods used, tools used, results). How established or new is the market (any data based on your market research)?

Product / Solution Describe your ICT product or service. How does it solve your customer’s problem/issue in the ICT market? What is unique about your ICT product/service? What are the benefits that address the market problem/issue you just described (your solution)? 5

Mission & Vision Select a clear mission statement that is achievable, but not yet achieved. What is your vision & specifically where do you want to be in the future?

Target Customer Who are your existing customers? Who is your target customer? What defines an ‘ideal’ customer prospect? Use specific customer examples where possible. 7

Competition Who is your existing & likely competition? Who is adjacent to you in the market that could enter your market and compete or could be co-opted partner? What are their strengths/weaknesses? Be sure to anticipate competitive responses and never deny that you have competitors no matter how unique you think you are. 8

Management Team Introduce the team: Who is your management team? What is their experience? 9

Revenue Model/Business Model What is your revenue model? How will you make money? What is required to become profitable? Do you have any partnerships? 10

Status What stage of development are you at? What is your stage of development? Technology/product? Team? Historic financials/revenue? What has been the progress to date (make reality and future clear)? What are your future milestones? Show off early customer or distribution progress: numbers, logos, testimonials
