1. THE WASHBURN NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION presents: RAIN BARREL INSTALLATION

2. Choose Your Site.

3. Remove Elbow and any attachments.

4. Place your support (Blocks, Stand, etc.)

5. While holding Elbow, Mark your downspout for cutting.

6. Cut the downspout using a hacksaw and reattach the elbow with one small screw.

7. Place your barrel on the supports.

8. Cut a small piece of downspout and add it to the elbow so it ends just above the opening.

9. Good placement is key-a person could add another elbow if so desired.

10. Completed installation. Now we hope for Rain.
