Azure Digital POR is a separate customer portal and Microsoft process. Partner Benefits from Microsoft: Partner can access benefits from Microsoft including incentives and credit toward cloud competency attainment Increased service visibility: Get notification of changes to the service (outages or support tickets raised) Rightsizing of licensing: Access to subscription management and customer’s performance and usage data Microsoft Scalability: Not using a manual, paper-based form increases ability to scale partner ecosystem Faster data connections: Instant association of Partner A with Customer B Customer benefits: Faster customer response Increased compliance: More accurate POR identification Customer Proactive notification and maintenance: Customer gets customized notifications on system status. The partner will be able to manage technical updates from Microsoft so the customer can focus on their core business. Rightsizing of licensing: With the knowledge of the customer's business, the partner can help figure out how best to utilize/maximize the organizations licenses to increase productivity.

5 As a Digital Partner of Record becomes assigned to a Customer’s subscription, the Advisor Online Deploy incentive will be rewarded to that Partner of Record, for that Customer’s subscription.

6 Contoso has 1 EA with two Office 365 subscriptions (E1 and E3)  Litware becomes Partner of Record for both subscriptions by submitting OSA form in August 2014  Relecloud becomes Partner of Record for the E3 subscription via Digital POR in March 2015 Litware doesn’t earn incentives since they are not added as DPOR Litware earns incentives on both subscriptionsRelecloud earns incentives on the E3 subscription Relecloud’s Digital POR attach overruled Litware’s OSA form attach, so Relecloud became Contoso’s POR for the E3 subscription. The subscription-level Digital POR attach overruled the service-level OSA attach. The E1 subscription is now available for any partner to attach as Digital POR, but cannot be “claimed” via the OSA form. No Partner is Partner of Record for Contoso’s E1 subscription

7 Relecloud earns incentives on the Intune subscription Contoso has 1 EA with two Office 365 subscriptions and one Intune subscription  Litware becomes Partner of Record for all subscriptions by submitting OSA form in August 2014  Relecloud becomes Partner of Record for the Intune subscription via Digital POR in March 2015 Relecloud’s Digital POR attach overruled Litware’s OSA form attach for the Intune service, so Relecloud became Contoso’s Intune POR. Litware does not continue to earn incentives for the Intune subscription, but does continue to earn for the O365 subscriptions. Litware earns incentives on the Intune subscription as Contoso’s POR Litware earns incentives on the E1 and E3 subscriptions as Contoso’s POR

Use Digital POR to attach to new subscriptions For new EA/CASA deals, switch to the Digital POR attach method by April 30, 2015, when the OSA form method will be turned off and the OSA form removed from MPN. 3.
