The Current Person Model in HRMS does not allow a Contractor to become an Employee and keep the same ID The Current Person Model in HRMS does not allow a Person to exist without having a JOB record Person Data frequently has to be entered multiple times when the person exists in multiple modules The Personal Data table has many fields specific only to unique industries or countries

Match / Consolidate This is a 4 stage process that allows users to: Run a Match Process: Identifies potential duplicate records based on customizable criteria Review: Manually review potential duplicate records and row level data Execute Consolidation: Carry out actions from review process Logging and Reports: All data that is deleted is stored in a file populated during consolidation Log files and reports trace actions taken Restore process can “undo” changes
