13 WHY THE ALIEN COURT ? The Alien Court is one of the leading projects in the most planned, fully developed and an integrated township of Tronica City,adjoining to North-Eastern boundary of Delhi. It has been developed by UPSIDC. Till recent, it was an isolated and ignored place by investors, because of the poor connectivity. Now it has become a hot destination for hefty returns on investments because ……. 1. It is just 6 kms away from Wazirabad Bridge and undergoing iconic structure of Delhi i.e. Signature Bridge. Conversion of 2 lanes road to 4 lanes Sonia Vihar Pusta road is already scheduled. 2. It is just 13 kms away from delhi university, 13 kms from ISBT & 15 Kms from Delhi Railway Station. 3.
