19.  Plugin must be installed prior to attempting screenshare  Browser must be restarted after installation so prepare for this at least a day ahead of meeting  Moderator’s resolution may affect participant view of screen  Try lower resolution on moderator computer or have participant select “fit to screen”  May also want to modify layout to increase size of content synclet

20. Notes Synclet  Notes synclet could be helpful during a web meeting  Layout can be arranged so that all participants can see notes  Notes are captured as meeting occurs and everyone can see notes

23.  Questions cannot be seen until answered by moderator  Questions can be emailed to moderator (or any other email)  Q&A Synclet hides synclets beneath it

26.  Questions must be entered on the fly  One question can be entered at a time  Participants can change answers until Poll is finished  Results can be emailed
