How to prevent head injuries and death Always wear your helmet! Choose a good quality helmet! Close your chinstrap tightly! Wear the helmet to protect your head!!!

Good quality helmet Strong outer shell made special plastic material! Hard and thick inner styrofoam shell! Chinstrap made from good material! Must have quality label of country of origin!

About seatbelts Seatbelts hold you back in case of a crash, preventing severe internal, facial and head injuries. must be used by all people in the car (front & back seated). still must be used, even if your car has an airbag. Always fasten your seatbelt while driving!
