Cash Cash ahead of plan due to lower capex and positive working capital Cashflow planned to be £1.2m, which includes £1.5m of surplus, £3.7m of disposals (at risk), £8.7m of Capex (depreciation is £7m), and capital loan repayments of (£1.4m). Cash performance is a key financial indicator

Monitor KPIs – Risk Rating Risk rating is key Monitor KPI Split into Liquidity and surplus / EBITDA FTs must continue to have a 3 rating SCAS has strong liquidity – 33 days, so scores a 4. SCAS will achieve a 3 if it has a surplus Surplus margin gets a 3 when 1% is achieved.
