3 Famous Songs : In the late 2005, he released his first studio album, ‘Chris Brown’, which spawned the Billboard Hot 100 number-one debut single, “Run it!” which was produced by Scott Storch. The album also produced two other top ten singles: “Yo (excuse me miss)” and “Say, Goodbye." his second studio album, ‘Exclusive’ was released worldwide in November 2007. It has spawned his second US number one hit, “Kiss Kiss" which was produced by T-Pain, who was also featured in the song. The third single, “With You", has reached number 2 on the Billboard top 100, and has entered into the top ten in many countries across the world, becoming one of his most successful and popular songs worldwide.

5 Family & Background : Brown is one of two children, he was born and raised in a small town called ‘Tappahannock, Virginia’ the son of Joyce Hawkins and Clinton Brown. Brown was influenced by the artists that used to play on the radio his parents listened to. E.g. Michael Jackson, Donny Hathaway, Otis Redding and Sam Cooke. He Was a dancer since the age of two, but he was not aware of his vocal talent until the age of eleven. Before him becoming a vocalist, he was interested in becoming a rapper.

6 Cont. At the age of thirteen, he was discovered by a local production team who had visited his father’s ‘gas station’ searching for new talent. Since then he began his recording career and moved on to ‘new york’, staying there for two years. Brown’s local production team organized an audition with Def Jam vice president Tina Davis, who currently works as his manager. At the age of 15, he was then sent to perform for L.A. reid and was subsequently singned in 2004 to ‘Jive Records’. In the year 2005, brown began to work on his debut album, workin with the likes of ‘scott storch, the underdogs, dre & vidal…’.

7 Music Career : (Chris Brown) Brown left school in late 2004, to begin working on his self- titled debut album which was released on November 29th, 2005. The album debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 selling over 155,000 copies in the first week of sales. Five weeks later, it became certified platinum, and within a year, it went to double platinum. His debut single “Run It!," was number 1 in the United states, New Zealand, and Australia. Following "Run It!," "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" became Brown's second top 10 hit in the US,[6] peaking at #7, and #13 in the UK.[7] It has been certified platinum by the RIAA.New ZealandAustraliaRun It!Yo (Excuse Me Miss)[6]UK[7] RIAA

(Exclusive) Shortly after ending his summer tour with ‘Ne-Yo’, he quickly began a production for his second studio album, ‘Exclusive’, which was set to be released on August 28 th, 2007 until it was pushed to ‘November 6 th, 2007. The album debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and was number 2 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums selling about nearly 300,000 copies in its first week domestically and 140,000 more copies than his debut album.

9 Acting career : Brown has made appearances on UPN’s one on one and The N’s the brandon T. Jackson show on its pilot episode. In addition he landed in a small role as a band geek in the fourth season of FOX’z ‘The O.C.’ in Januay 2007. Brown then made his film debut in the dance movie ‘ Stomp The Yard’, alongside Ne-Yo, Meagan Good and Columbus short in January 2007. His next appeared in ‘this Christmas’, a family drama starring Regina King, released on November 21 st, 2007. On July 9 th, 2007, brown was featured in an episode of MTV’s ‘ my super sweet 16’ celebrating his 18 th birthday in New York. Brown was on Disney’s ‘ the suite life of Zack & Cody; where he was a guest on the show as himself; that episode also guest-starred ‘ the cheetah girls’

10 Tours : In 2006 he went to the ‘up close and personal tour’. Then in 2007 he went to ‘The Beyonce experience’ as the opening act. During 2007-2008 he went to ‘ The UCP exclusive holiday tour’.
