Partner Organization Enrolls in Solid Foundation How Solid Foundation Works A Partner Organization can be a: School District Title I Director State Agency Regional Office of Education State System of Support Parent Information Resource Center (PIRC) Consultant Organization that agrees to receive Solid Foundation training and work with the designated school

External Partner Enrolls Participating Schools Any school will benefit by using Solid Foundation’s 10 efficient and effective steps to building a strong School Community.
