16. Driving The majority of our AFEO/ENGSFF time is spent driving our engines to and from incidents. According to the 2011 Incident Review Report, driving accounts for 21% of all fire related accidents.

19. This season, 25 percent of the incidents reported to the Lessons Learned Center were driving incidents, including two fatalities.
