11 Yearly Stats: – 2012: 24 Students - 92% Completion Rate – 2011: 24 Students - 88% Completion Rate – 2010: 24 Students - 96% Completion Rate – 2009: 24 Students - 92% Completion Rate – 2008: 24 Students - 92% Completion Rate The 10 Students that failed, all failed the Driving Section. 7 out of the 10 Students that failed returned to complete the Academy the following year. The GBEA has had 117 Graduates out of 120 Students. 98 % Rate 98 % Completion Rate GBEA Statistics 2008 ~ 2012

15 How does that compare in our Region?

16 Driving The majority of our AFEO/ENGSFF time is spent driving our engines to and from incidents. According to the 2011 Incident Review Report, driving accounts for 21% of all fire related accidents.

19 This season, 25 percent of the incidents reported to the Lessons Learned Center were driving incidents, including two fatalities.
