Objectives Long-term objective To reduce the increasing drop-out rates among CFCA beneficiaries in San Clemente, Angono via encouraging dynamic participation of families in values formation and behavioral modification activities, and the creation of a community development program that will be self-sustaining and reproducible for future generations of CFCA members

Strategic Objectives To reduce the drop-out rates among CFCA beneficiaries aged 13-21 years Secondary level – 48/1023 students by 20% by April 2012 Tertiary level - 37/178 students by 20% by April 2012 via workshop seminars aimed at education, values formation, improving psychosocial well-being, and interpersonal relationships

Strategic Objectives To strengthen capability of members To impart knowledge on important issues critical to the biopsychosocial development of the beneficiaries (aged 13-21 years) through workshop seminars, in line with the values espoused by the CFCA. To equip parents with the necessary knowledge and skills regarding the growth and development of their children and how to deal with their adolescents. To provide CFCA family members with the experience and resources to be able to reproduce and convey the imparted skills and knowledge to future generations of CFCA members.
