2  $2,325,000 of NAHTF will be available, which is 30% of the statutory requirement  Any funds not utilized for Non-Profit Operating Assistance will be reallocated within Annual Cycle Pool. 2

3  Homebuyer is $500,000  Non-Profit Operating is $30,000 per year for two years ($60,000 total)  OOR is $500,000  Rental is $800,000 3

6 Pre-Application:  Required Pre-Applications: September 30, 2014  Email to: anissa.rasmussen@nebraska.gov and CC your Housing Regional Representative by 5:00pm CDT Full Application:  Full Applications: October 31, 2014  Applications must be postmarked by, or delivered to the Nebraska State Office Building, 4 th Floor, with a signed receipt from DED staff by 5:00pm CDT. 6

13  Failure of the Application to meet all of the threshold requirements (Scoring 15 points within the Pre- Application & Threshold Question Sections) will result in the Application not being funded during the NAHP Cycle.  In addition, within the CD2 Annual Cycle, failure of the Applicant to score at least 102 total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the NAHP Cycle. 13

14  Additionally, within the Non-Profit Operating Pool, failure of the Applicant to score at least 50% of the total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the NAHP Cycle.  Altering the Application questions in any way will automatically disqualify the application and result in the Applicant not being funded. 14

15  Demolition can be included with any eligible activity and it does not have to be on the same site with the other activity.  The Citizen Participation Plan is optional. 15
