14 To support member business services, Sprint has dedicated 90 stores Business 360 Consultation Centers. These locations continue to work with consumers and have the additional benefit of a business focus. At these locations, each person has been trained to understand the needs of small businesses and the unique solutions Sprint has to offer them. Whether it is mobile data, application development, field service management or machine to machine communication, these locations are well prepared to work with CUs and small business members to solve mobility needs. 14 A letter was sent on June 25 th to approximately 1,600 CU locations that fell within a 5 mile radius of these 90 Business 360 Consultation Centers along with a brochure outlining Sprints’ Small Business Solutions. These brochures are being offered to specific credit unions FREE of charge for distribution to business members (mailing, lobby, special events, etc…). 19 Certified letters were sent to the 33 remaining CUs that had not completed an addendum. Each league was given a copy of the letter(s) that went to their respective CUs. The letter stated: – That the CUs needed to respond by May 25, 2012 and – That non-responding CUs would be removed from the Sprint program Of the 33 CUs – 18 responded/13 did not respond – 2 asked to be removed from the program What does this mean to CUs and leagues (for those CUs that did not respond or withdrew) – CUs marketing incentive will not be distributed in the next Contract Year (2012-2013), respectively impacting the league’s year-end incentive 19
